SMS Terms of Service


The Bridgestone short code program (“Bridgestone”) is used to communicate with job candidates, applicants, and employees about recruitment and employment related inquiries via SMS. This short code program will also send 2FA and other account related messages. Users can opt-in by texting the advertised keyword to 27854.


Once you have opted-in to Bridgestone, you can opt-out or cancel SMS messages from Bridgestone at any time by texting “STOP” to 27854. After you text “STOP” to 27854 you will receive one additional SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. If you would like to join or opt-in again, you can sign back up for Bridgestone by texting the advertised keyword to 27854 and you will start receiving SMS messages from Bridgestone again.


If you experience issues with Bridgestone you can respond to a message from Bridgestone with the word “HELP” or text “HELP” to 27854 for assistance. You may also contact our service provider for help at smshelp@paradox.ai.
