The Senior Marketing Manager will manage all marketing initiatives (digital/PR/social/traditional media), team members and communication across multiple channels along with vendor relationships to ensure the on-time, on-budget delivery and profitable launch of projects/initiatives.


• Ensure daily workflow, schedules and project deadlines are being met as defined by DOSM, GM and Corporate VP for both the hotel and the restaurant(s)
• Manage efforts with vendors/brands to ensure task completion and deadline/budgets are being met
• Manage DSA (digital storefront audit) process including agency action plans
• Identify hotel support training opportunities and provide on-going maintenance, + pull-through on all brand required content and resources
• Management of reporting/metrics to review with DOSM, GM and Corporate VP
• Maintain an understanding of industry trends and brand requirementsKEY METRICS:
• Initiatives completed on-time and on-budget while driving a positive ROI
• Green or better hotel balanced scorecard
• Successful opening by achieving RAMP Targets and Milestones (as assigned)

Other Information

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years’ experience in marketing (digital and agency experience a plus)
• Emerging understanding of project management lifecycle
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Active team player and self-starter
• Ability to identify and solve problems
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• Must have a focus on detail and driving topline resultsTRAINING REQUIRED, ONCE IN THE POSITION:

• Brand Immersion – one-on-one training/consulting with each brand’s marketing programs
