WHAT YOU’LL DO • The Lead Bartender will be responsible for additional training duties, as well as supporting the other associates with the daily tasks assigned • Provide high-quality service to all guests, creating personal connections through friendly conversation intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings • Maintain high cleaning standards of the bar and do daily cleaning and side work • Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes. Accurately answer any guest questions • Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation • Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork • Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment • I.D all guests and monitor beverage consumption as to not overserve • Perform other duties as assignedWHAT YOU’LL BRING • An outgoing and social personality • A great eye for detail • The passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude. A team-player mindset • Previous restaurant, bar, or customer service experience is preferred for a Lead Bartender • The ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods of time. Working long hours may also be required based on business needs. Must be available to work weekends and holidays as necessary |
