WHAT YOU'LL DO
• The Campus Recruiting Manager will work with the University Liaison to facilitate the overall college relations program at White Lodging, taking a leadership role in key partnerships with first-rate hospitality training programs. • The college recruiter will engage WL leaders to participate in college recruiting events such as speaking engagements, receptions, and job fairs. Assist with college intern and grad campus screening. • Provide resources and information for college recruiting efforts. • Remain in constant contact with students and alumni regarding offers, student acceptances, application progress, etc. • Maintain relationships with alumni to keep White Lodging top-of-mind for second or third round jobs. • Work with WL University Liaison and Director of Talent Development to create high-powered internship materials and relationship-building events. • Work with White Lodging Communications to create marketing materials that promote White Lodging to college students and graduates. This includes job fair materials, class presentation templates, giveaways, etc. • Maintain an effective social media strategy that reaches college students and alumni. • Communicate open jobs with partner schools and facilitate strategy with appropriate college job boards like Handshake.com • Handle the logistics of campus visits, career fairs and speaking engagements. • Maintain the college recruiting budget and ensure appropriate chargebacks happen. • Monitor, track and report on recruiting and hiring activity.

• Strong relationship-building skills. • 4-year college degree minimum. • Positive demeanor. • Strong organization skills • Excellent communication skills • Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Able to travel 60% of the time.
