A Lil Wrangler guide ensures the safety, skill achievement, and general well-being of the children in the program. A Lil Wrangler guide is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing and supervising age-appropriate activities for the children in the Lil Wrangler program.

• Supervise children ages 4-9
• Provide a safe, positive and fun environment for children
• Interact with parents in a professional and polite manner
• Maintain the Lil Wrangler yurt including equipment such as fishing gear, ranger, archery, games, crafts and toys
• Preparing meals and snacks for children
• Maintain cookout supplies and equipment including grill, dishes and utensils
• Requires transportation to multiple ranch venues and operating ranch vehicle or ranger

SKILLS

• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Organization
• Strong Communication and listening skills with children and parents
• Caring and compassionate attitude and a passion for working with children
• CPR certified
• Must have a valid driver’s license
