Ring the bell, you just closed on your largest sale yet. As a Sales Manager at one of Austin’s biggest hospitality companies you have the opportunity to secure large group and corporate business for award-winning downtown hotels like the JW Marriott, Westin, Marriott Downtown, Courtyard, The Otis Hotel, Aloft, Moxy, and others. Work alongside others with a similar passion for closing the next deal and earn the business of some of the biggest companies, professional associations, and groups locally and throughout the world.


Responsibilities


WHAT YOU'LL DO

• The Sales Manager will proactively seek out and acquire new groups while managing existing accounts.
• Build rapport with clients, qualify their needs, book business and secure the sale with contracts
• Maximize revenue by understanding market trends, competitors and property amenities/opportunities

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Excellent sales, communication, listening, and relationship building skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Teamwork
• Understanding of the overall market and how to sell against other competing hotels
• 1 year experience in the hospitality/ sales industry preferred, but not required
