Grammer is looking for a AME Clerk / Coordinator to join our AME team at our in Toledo, OH location. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a team environment. This individual will have an opportunity to make lasting and positive changes in our Americas Team!

What you will be doing:

• This position is responsible for supporting the department Advance Manufacturing Engineer team
• Data Entry of production product details, generate track and distribution of forms.
• Work with the facilities and suppliers to resolve financial issues and RFQ’s.
• Work with team members and facilities in the Americas to complete Purchasing Requisition
• Additional responsibilities as required
• Preparation of customer invoices

What you will need:

• High school diploma
• 1-2 years of experience in an office setting or similar situation
• Effective analytical and problem solving skills
• Detailed oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Data driven individual
• Excel, PowerPoint, and Word experience required
• Experience working with large diverse teams
