This position will act as the lead productivity resource within Bonefish Grill and Carrabba’s Italian Grill, partnering with the leadership team to develop and implement ideas that improve financial margins. This role will also work with other brand productivity leaders to share ideas and implement best practices that improve shareholder returns. The ideal candidate will have a strong operations and project management background and be able to prioritize multiple projects while working collaboratively with other functions.


· Develop a long-term strategic plan to grow margins while simplifying restaurant operations

· Influence concept leadership team’s decision process over productivity topics

· Make recommendations toward sound business decisions by incorporating financial analytics, historical results, consumer insights, and macro-economic trends and projections

· Lead cross-functional teams to develop, assess risks/challenges, secure operations feedback, analyze financial implications, test, and implement best practices that drive quantifiable improvements in profit margin.

· Work closely with Operations Excellence Team to manage implementation and resource requirement plans, identify corporate and field resources required to implement the plan, and develop programs to monitor/measure expected benefits from productivity related initiatives

· Manage project timeline, milestones, budget, and ensures leadership alignment

· Create materials and presentations for executive/field level audience as needed

· Must have deep understanding of product costs, labor model, speed of service and other areas necessary to grow sales and margins

· Ability to analyze restaurant P&L and performance data, analyze and identify areas of opportunity, and leverage prior experience to develop improvement plan and implementation approach

· Convey a sense of urgency to achieve outcomes and exceed expectations; persist despite obstacles and setbacks; achieve set goals and deadlines; work as a partner to the Concept to promote efficiency

· Extreme attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously

· Strong communication skills - written and verbal - Ability to boil down large amounts of data and feedback into easy to digest summaries

Key Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business

· 5 - 7 years of progressive, relevant experience including P&L analysis

· Restaurant / Retail experience

· Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to work with and influence teams

· Strong Excel skills
