Due to our expansive growth we are currently seeking Electrical Service Manager in the Cincinnati area.

Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000

Because we offer top of the line products and services, we need top of the line Electrical Service Manager who genuinely cares about their employees and the customer.

The Big Task

Oversees a team of field technicians to achieve company and departmental goals. Provides the necessary leadership and assistance to the company Leadership Team to organize, direct, coordinate and control his / her department to meet the needs and demands of our customers.

Key Sub Tasks

-Promote the efficient and profitable use of department labor resource

-Assist in the overall training and development needs of department employees

-Lead weekly departmental meetings for the purpose of identifying and solving key issues, communicating business direction and expectations to field employees

-Ensure that general company policies, safety procedures and company ethics expectations are being upheld

-Monitor the appearance of vehicles and field personnel, ensure corrections are made as needed to maintain an image of professionalism at all times

-Make recommendations on revisions to processes, truck inventories and pricing in order to promote the profitable growth of the department

-Set individual goals for department employees for performance benchmarking and employee development

-Perform technician ride-alongs for the purpose of ensuring that the Nexstar Service System process is being executed properly in the field

-Run and assist on service or maintenance calls as needed to maintain fluid call schedule

-Participates in daily management huddles and operational level meetings to solve issues and present opportunities for growth

Minimum Qualifications

-High School degree required

-5 or more years of related industry experience

-Proficient in basic computer skills, including email usage. Microsoft Office a plus.

-Excellent organizational skills with exceptional follow-through abilities

-Strong verbal and written communications

-Attention to detail and accuracy

-Hits deadlines

-Highly motivated, flexible, and great attitude on life
